KOMSIC OPENS 9th INTERNATIONAL FORUM FOR TRANSITIONAL JUSTICE
SARAJEVO, May 17 (FENA) – Member of BiH Presidency Zeljko Komsic opened the 9th International Forum for Transitional Justice: Reconciliation in Post-Yugoslav Countries on Jahorina today, which gathered 200 participants from the entire region, including international officials, scientists, artists and representatives of non-governmental organizations.

MOSTAR, May 17 (FENA) - Bosnia and Herzegovina lags far behind in comparison to the European countries when it comes to the implementation of the international standards and measures for confiscation of the assets gained through the illegal channels as well as to the fight against corruption in general ", it was concluded at today's roundtable held in Mostar, at which the reasons for (no) confiscation of properties gained through crime and offense were discussed.

HORSE MEAT IN BEEF AND PORK PRODUCTS IN SARAJEVO, OFFICIALS BEING QUIET
SARAJEVO, May 17 (FENA) – Examining meat products which are being distributed (shopping centers and big suppliers) at the end of February and beginning of March in area of the Sarajevo Canton, based on samples delivered by the Cantonal Veterinary Inspection Sarajevo, horse meat was found in products declared beef or pork. Two months after laboratory for examining food of the Veterinary Station Sarajevo informed the Cantonal Veterinary Inspection Sarajevo, public and consumers still know nothing about the case.

TURKISH COMPANY "ERBU" BEGINS RECONSTRUCTION OF ISA-BEG'S HAMAM IN SARAJEVO
SARAJEVO, May 17 (FENA) – Workers of the Turkish company "Erbu" have been working on tearing down old partition walls within the facility of Isa-beg's hamam, known as the oldest city Turkish bath in Sarajevo designed by the famous architect Josip Vancas, as part of the project of restoration of this national monument of BiH.

BIH PA PERMANENT DELEGATION TO ATTEND SPRING SESSION OF NATO PA
SARAJEVO, May 17 (FENA) – The chairman of the Permanent Delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Parliamentary Assembly of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO PA) Milorad Zivkovic and members Bozo Ljubic and Asim Sarajlic will participate in the Spring session of the NATO PA's, which will be held from 17 to 20 May in Luxembourg.

SARAJEVO, May 16 (FENA) – Continuance of the 14th session of the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament did not begin with consideration of the scheduled agenda, but because of the specific situation in the Federation of BiH, which is not covered by the Constitution, the House of Peoples Collegium of the FBiH Parliament debated on the way in which the House of Peoples could respond to this difficult situation, confirmed today to FENA Speaker of the House of Peoples Radoje Vidovic, noting that the collegium presents two views.

HASIC: BIH COULD HAVE PROBLEMS WITH EXPORT OF PRODUCTS OF ANIMAL ORIGIN TO THE EU
SARAJEVO, May 16 (FENA) – Bosnia and Herzegovina after the Croatia’s accession to the EU will have no problems when it comes to the export of industrial products and it will be able to freely export them to Croatia and the EU market after 1 July, however, a different situation is with animal products, including those of plant origin, where there might be some problems, said today in Sarajevo, Director of the Institute for Education of the Foreign Trade Chamber (VTK) BiH Duljko Hasic at the seminar "Export of products of animal origin from Bosnia and Herzegovina - responsibilities and legal obligations of institutions and economic entities," which was organized by the Chamber in cooperation with USAID / Sida FARMA, the State Veterinary Office and the BiH Agency for Food Safety.

TEN CITIZENS OF JORDAN ARRESTED IN SREBRENICA
SREBRENICA, May 16 (FENA) – Members of the Police Station Srebrenica arrested ten citizens of Jordan yesterday, five of them minors, to verify identity and if they entered BiH legally, FENA was told by the Spokesperson of Bijeljina Public Security Center Aleksandra Simojlovic.
