BANJA LUKA, January 27 (FENA) - SNSD leader Milorad Dodik stated on Tuesday that RS is “unquestionable and permanent category” and any kind of arrangement within BiH must be with acceptance of the fact that “RS in political and territorial sense is untouchable”
 
he stated that the yesterday’s statement of the three leaders regarding BiH Constitution is a “framework for future moves” and that there were no concrete arrangements at the meeting with Tihic and Covic but that they talked about “possible organization of BiH through four units”.  
 
”There could be four, three or two of them but one of them has to be RS, permanent unit in its own capacity” and he asked for 0.4% of the territory RS has not yet received after the setup of entity lines and this will be done in future period since 49% of BiH territory belongs to RS”, stated Dodik.  
 
Asked whether the statement that BiH willl be consisted of four economic regions is true, Dodik said that “Tihic can dream about anything he wants”.

He added that RS is en economic region and “economically self-sustainable and if that is what Tihic had in mind then he was right”.
