SARAJEVO, March 22 (FENA) - The 10th annual analysis of personnel management for 2017 in the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of BiH was held today in the BiH Armed Forces House.
Deputy Defense Minister of BiH Boris Jerinić said that the human resources and potential that the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of BiH have at their disposal were the essential and most important elements that through their professional and dedicated work compensate for all the upsets, problems, obstacles and challenges that defense institutions face in their work.
The collocutors emphasized that the activities of the BiH MoD and AF in terms of personnel in 2017 were focused on maintaining the required level of combat readiness, and special attention was paid to the renewal and rejuvenation of military and officer personnel, and the system of education and training of BiH MoD and AF personnel will remain in the focus of management and those responsible in the structure of BiH MoD and AF in 2018, the Public Relations Office of the BiH Defense Ministry stated.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Defense for Resource Management Boris Jerinić, Deputy Minister for Policy and Plans Sead Jusić, representatives of BiH MoD and BiH AF, led by Assistant Minister for Personnel Management Sead Muratović, Independent Enforcement Officer for Defense and Civil Command Affairs over BiH in the BiH Presidency Ranko Ninković, and representatives of the NATO HQ in Sarajevo Advisory Team and representatives of the EUFOR Command in BiH.
