MOSTAR, Mar 23 (FENA) - A member of the SDP BiH Presidency, Zoran Mikulic, holds that the Chairman of HDZ BiH, Dragan Covic, through statement on the Left as a Bosniac structure” wants to intimidate BiH Croats and distance them from the Left and the pro-BiH forces.
"Dragan Covic's assertions about the Left as a Bosniak structure, accordingly as the SDP as an exclusively Bosniac party, are just as incorrect as the assertions that Croats are not represented in the public life of Tuzla, which was recently decisively denied by Jasmin Imamovic and the SDP Tuzla City Committee”, Mikulic said.
The SDP’s statement adds that the SDP BiH gathers members of all ethnicities without basing its policy on nationalistic doctrines.
"Today, when the HDZ intentionally forgets Croats living north of the Ivan Sedlo, the SDP is expanding and gathering Croats, together with all the RS citizens, in the pro-European bloc, and in Herzegovina gathers pro-BiH forces, trying to make Mostar a normal city. Covic’s statements are the best indicator that we are on the right track, which should be time-consuming, but it is the way of recoverying of the state of BiH and restoring stability in society, contrary to the chaos that the HDZ praises with, and threatens all those who see the state in a way different from that of the interest groups gathered around Dragan Covic ", Mikulic said.
