SARAJEVO, April 9 (FENA) - Delegation of Public Company "Motorways of FBiH", led by Director Adnan Terzić, met in Goražde today with delegation of Bosnia-Podrinje Canton Goražde led by Prime Minister Emir Oković to present plan of road connection between Sarajevo and Goražde.
Terzić said that building of Hranjen tunnel is a historic project for Goražde and that it will reduce distance between Sarajevo and Goražde from current 95.6 to 56 kilometers.
"It will take around 45 minutes to get from Sarajevo to Goražde, instead of hour and a half," said Terzić.
It was emphasized that project of building a motorway is worth 190 million KM and it is divided in two stages. After completion of the project, Hranjen tunnel will be the longest road tunnel in BiH.
Deadline for completion is 36 months, Press service of PC Motorways of FBiH stated.
