SARAJEVO, May 9 (FENA) - A delegation of the Chinese Association for International Understanding (CAFIU) visited the Sinology Department of the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of East Sarajevo (FFUIS) yesterday.
The delegation was welcomed by the Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy, Rector of the University of East Sarajevo, Vice-Rectors, Mayor and Deputy Mayor, and members of the Department of Sinology, Chinese language instructors, led by the Head of the Department of Sinology and students of various departments of the Faculty of Philosophy.
In addition to the cultural-artistic program with elements of traditional Chinese culture, prepared by the students of this department for the welcoming of the delegation, a joint meeting was held in the premises of the Deans’ office.
The collocutors discussed future cooperation, opportunities for new investments, employment, and close cooperation between the two countries. Also, an important part of the meeting was dedicated to plans for possible improvements and investments in the field of economy, international relations, political relations and youth issues.
Members of the management board of the faculty and the university expressed great satisfaction that they had the honor to host this delegation and had the opportunity to jointly discuss all forms of future cooperation that already had great basics.
