SARAJEVO, May 22 (FENA) - The House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament unanimously adopted the Bill on amendments to the FBiH Bankruptcy Procedure Law.
Under these amendments, the existing law is harmonized with the judgment of the Constitutional Court of FBiH, which issued a decision stating that the workers of bankrupt companies should be able to collect all outstanding salaries, and not only the eight minimum salaries.
The court rendered such a decision deciding on the request of the FBiH Vice President Milan Dunović who challenged the provisions limiting the number of salaries to be paid to workers.
An extraordinary session of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH ended with the acceptance of the obligations with international banks for the implementation of projects on the 5C Corridor, in connection to the construction of subsections Zenica North and Mostar South.
The HoR also supported taking a loan for the project of the motorway section Nemila-Donja Gračanica, as well as for the construction and renovation of a number of hospitals in BiH and for the development of infrastructure in the Municipality of Stari Grad Sarajevo.
The MPs supported the Draft Law on Free Zones in the Federation of BiH and the amendments to the Law on Agricultural Advisory Services and the Law on Foreign Exchange Operations.
The House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament continues its work tomorrow with a thematic session on the situation and current issues in the area of veterans and disability protection in the Federation of BiH.
