SARAJEVO, June 6 (FENA) – "Visions for the Future – Trade Partnership of Sweden and BiH in 2018 and in the future" is the title of a conference which is being held in Sarajevo with the aim of reviewing possibilities for expansion of business opportunities taking into consideration the EU integration of BiH.
Conference is organized by the Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH and Embassy of Sweden to BiH, where apart from considering trade relations of the two countries participants are also presenting experiences of Swedish entrepreneurs and companies in BiH.
Ambassador of Sweden to BiH Anders Hagelberg said that around 7000 Swedish people are from BiH and that shows strong relations between the two states.
In that sense, Ambassador Hagelberg said that research shows that the best and most successfully integrated group of people in Sweden are people from the Balkans, that is, from BiH and they are committed to helping their state, despite the complex market.
President of VTKBiH Ahmet Egrlić said that BiH and Sweden have excellent relations, with the value of exchange amounting to more than 77 million and that they are working on increasing that exchange.
"BiH exports various goods to Sweden. That gives us a guarantee that we can expand that exchange, look for new buyers, and there are great chances of it becoming one of the most important markets of that region," said Egrlić.
Exhibition "Visionaries in Trade and Entrepreneurship in relations of Sweden and BiH" was opened within the conference by Ambassador Hagelberg.
