BANJA LUKA, June 25 (FENA) - Officers of the Indirect Taxation Authority (ITA) of BiH discovered six illegal migrants while inspecting trucks at the Sarajevo Customs Office.
During regular inspection, officers of ITA noticed teared tarpaulin on roof of a truck with BiH registration plates and found six hidden illegal migrants, five younger men and one woman.
"They said they came from Iraq and got on the truck in Livno after tearing the tarpaulin. They said they were planning to go to Italy and received information that this truck is transporting goods to that country," ITA stated in a press release.
The Authority informed the competent police agency which has taken further measures.
