Wigemark: Glorifying war crimes and genocide deserves utter condemnation

SARAJEVO, July 12 (FENA) - The EU Special Representative and Head of the EU Delegation to BiH Lars-Gunnar Wigemark commented on the recent tweets by Rajko Vasić (SNSD) regarding the genocide in Srebrenica.

"The glorification of war crimes or genocide challenges the very same values this country’s leaders and institutions committed to respect and promote by applying for EU membership.

Moreover, making public threats of genocide is not only deplorable but also punishable by law," Stated the EU Special Representative and Head of the EU Delegation to BiH Ambassador Lars-Gunnar Wigemark when asked to comment on the recent tweets by Rajko Vasić regarding the Srebrenica genocide.

As the media reported, Rajko Vasić, a member of the SNSD Main Board and a former secretary general of this party, in his post on Twitter, a few days threatened with another genocide and wrote: "Just thinking... if you [Bosniaks] really love that much the genocide committed against you, you should wait for the next time.”
