SARAJEVO, July 19 (FENA) - The Jewish Community in BiH has condemned two recent incidents in Tuzla and Sarajevo, when the graffiti with anti-Semitic messages were written on residential buildings where members of the Jewish community live.
The Jewish Community in BiH has always emphasized the nonexistence of anti-Semitic outbursts in Bosnia and Herzegovina as a positive example of Bosnia and Herzegovina's way of life and the cultivation of good neighborly relations.
“We have received this news with deep indignation and disappointment, aware that these incidents will not violate the good neighborly relations that the Jews of Bosnia and Herzegovina have built and are building with their fellow citizens of other ethnic and religious groups.
We appeal to the competent authorities to identify and sanction the perpetrators in accordance with the law,” said the Jewish Community in BiH.
