BHRT Trade Union demands information on investigation into the attack in Konjic

SARAJEVO, August 28 (FENA) - The Steering Board of the Independent Workers' Union of the Radio and Television of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BHRT) has asked the competent authorities to inform the public about the investigation into the attack on the BHRT reporters team in Konjic on August 20 this year.

Also, they strongly condemned the attack on their colleague Vladimir Kovačević, a correspondent of BNTV from Banja Luka.

“We are witnessing an increasing number of attacks on journalists and media workers and this has become a reflection of the Bosnian society. Attacks on media workers are getting more and more serious, while journalists’ labor rights are diminishing,” stated the Trade Union of BHRT.
