Very little done from CCI Analysis on implementation of audit recommendations

FENA Muhamed Hadžibegić

SARAJEVO, September 11 (FENA) - Centers for Civil Initiatives (CCI) organized a conference in Sarajevo today named "Audit of Public Institutions in BiH – Unused Potential – Two Years Later" and concluded that little has been done from conclusions of the CCI Analysis presented two years ago, which focused on determining difficulties in implementation of audit recommendations.

Member of the Parliamentary Audit Committee of the FBiH Parliament Aner Žuljević stated that considering this is a country where decisions of the Constitutional Court are not followed, it is difficult to expect that to happen for recommendations of the Audit Office of BiH Institutions.

He emphasized that since the CCI analysis "Audit of Public Institutions in BiH – Unused Potential" was created, which was two years ago, practically no progress has been made.
