SARAJEVO, September 13 (FENA) - The BiH Presidency Chairman Bakir Izetbegović received today delegations from the constitutional courts of BiH and Turkey.
Presidents of the Constitutional Courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Turkey, Zlatko Knezević and Zultu Arslan, emphasized that two courts have extremely good relations and extensive professional cooperation, based on the agreement signed nine years ago.
It was pointed out that the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey is one of the oldest in Europe, and that the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is among the most respectable court institutions in the region.
Members of the delegation informed Chairman Izetbegović about all aspects of cooperation, especially emphasizing the exchange of experiences related to the implementation of constitutional court decisions in both countries.
Chairman Izetbegović expressed satisfaction with the good and friendly relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Turkey, witnessed at all levels, that are also developed and fostered by the cooperation of the constitutional courts, stated the BiH Presidency.
