SARAJEVO, September 25 (FENA) - The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina established at today’s session, and will forward it to the Parliamentary Assembly for adoption, the Proposal of Decision on the establishment of an ad hoc commission of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the implementation of the appointment procedure of the Council of the Communications Regulatory Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Commission is comprised of six members, one representative from the House of Representatives and the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH each, one from the Ministry of Communications and Transport and three from the associations in BiH operating in this sector, the BiH Council of Ministers said.
The ad hoc commission will announce a public call and, after the conducted procedure, establish a list of 14 most successful candidates and submit it to the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
