SARAJEVO, December 4 (FENA) - The BiH Presidency Member Šefik Džaferović received today Ambassador of the Republic of France to BiH, Guillaume Rousson.
The two highlighted very good bilateral relations between the two countries and stressed that there was still room for further improvement, especially in the economy sector.
This was noted in the context of the interest that the representatives of the French Development Bank showed for projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina during their recent visit.
The interlocutors exchanged views on the NATO path of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The BiH Presidency Member Džaferović emphasized that EU and NATO membership are two main foreign and political goals of BiH.
In this context, he particularly underlined the role of the Republic of France and its continued and sincere support to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The two officials also discussed the political situation, with a special emphasis on the post-election period.
They agreed that it is necessary to establish a stable and efficient government at all levels as soon as possible, in order to proceed with the implementation of reforms and fulfillment of conditions for membership in the EU and NATO, stated the BiH Presidency.
