Komšić receives Ambassador of Austria Martin Pammer in a farewell visit

SARAJEVO, December 19 (FENA) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić received today in a farewell visit Ambassador of the Republic of Austria to BiH Martin Pammer.

The interlocutors concluded that Austria, in its mandate as the country presiding over the European Union, has kept the issue of EU enlargement consistently on the agenda of the European Union, and supported the integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the wider region into the EU.

The two officials emphasized the traditionally very good bilateral relations between the two countries.

Komšić and Pammer pointed to the historical and cultural ties of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Austria, and the fact that Austria has been one of the leading investors in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The BiH Presidency member thanked Ambassador Pammer for his overall contribution to the development of bilateral relations and wished him success in his future endeavors, the BiH Presidency said.
