SARAJEVO, December 28 (FENA) – After the session of the Committee for the Preparation of Election of BiH Council of Ministers was interrupted before its management was elected, member of the Committee Predrag Kožul (HDZ BiH) stated they had an example of obstruction in one formal but not important matter.
“Because if six colleagues vote against a proposal, and there is no other proposal, that is absolutely an obstruction in my opinion. It will affect the dynamic of election of BiH CoM because the Rulebook defines that stance of this committee is not binding for the Parliament, but Parliament needs it for election of BiH CoM,” said Kožul.
He also warned that out of 14 members of the Committee only he is Croat.
“According to our Rulebook, according to the definition, there is no one else that can be a member of collegium of this committee on behalf of Croat constituent people. Six colleagues voted against me being deputy chairman,” said Kožul.
Constituting session of the Committee for the Preparation of the Election of the Council of Ministers of BiH, which was scheduled for today, was interrupted before chairman and two deputy chairpersons were elected.
Candidates for these positions, who were nominated by representatives of the Party of Democratic Action, Croatian Democratic Community of BiH and Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) did not receive the necessary support from members of the Committee. Six members of the Committee voted for them, and six were against.
