SARAJEVO, January 9 (FENA) - The Party of Democratic Action (SDA) believes that the actions and rhetoric of Milorad Dodik are detrimental to the stabilization of the situation, the progress of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the resolving of everyday problems of its citizens.
Even though he continuously repeats that he wants the new convocation of the Council of Ministers of BiH to be established as soon as possible, with his actions and statements he is making it virtually impossible.
Failure to comply with laws and decisions in which adoption his political party also participated, in addition to the attempts to link the resolution of the problem between Serbia and Kosovo with Bosnia and Herzegovina, by humiliating the institutions and symbols of BiH, violating the decisions of the Constitutional Court by celebrating the unconstitutional "Day of RS", Milorad Dodik is continuously provoking tensions which cannot bring anything good to anyone in BiH, but also the region, said the SDA.
In his last in a series of provocations, where he proclaims the Drina River as "the Serb river," Dodik again reverts to the retrograde ideas of the Great Serbia that had caused the Drina River to become the largest mass grave of innocent civilians in the 20th century, whose only "sin" was that they were not Serbs.
The SDA warns Dodik that there are no Bosniak, Croat, or Serb rivers in BiH, but only the rivers of Bosnia and Herzegovina. One of them – the Drina River has been a state border between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia for hundreds of years and it will forever remain so.
It should be finally clear to Milorad Dodik and to other officials in the RS entity, and certain officials of the Republic of Serbia, that they will never be able to endanger Bosnia and Herzegovina and its internationally recognized borders.
By continuing to push their existing agenda, they can only endanger the stability of the entire region and jeopardize the Dayton Peace Agreement, and hence the internal entity-based structure of BiH that originated in Dayton, stated the SDA Public Relations Office.
