Komšić-Ivantsov: BiH and Russian Federation need to improve economic cooperation

SARAJEVO, January 18 (FENA) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić met today with Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Petr Ivantsov.

The two officials discussed the bilateral relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Russian Federation and expressed mutual interest to improve cooperation in the field of economy and trade exchange.

Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina gave a general overview of the political and economic situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and stressed the need for an accelerated path of our country towards EU and NATO integration, which, in his opinion, is crucial for the stabilization of both Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region as a whole, stated the BiH Presidency.
