Banja Luka police bans tomorrow's gatherings for security reasons

BANJA LUKA, February 15 (FENA) - Police Administration of Banja Luka issued a decision to ban tomorrow's public gathering announced by Mićo Blažanović from Teslić, for security reasons.

Blažanović, who represents "a group of citizens", asked the police to approve gatherings tomorrow and on February 23rd from 18.30 to 19.30 hrs. from Krajina Square to the RS National Theater and back to Krajina Square in Banja Luka.

Police Administration of Banja Luka confirmed they issued a decision to ban these gatherings based on the Law on Public Gathering, because "there is a real danger that the peaceful gathering could endanger safety of people and property and that it could cause violence and violation of public peace and order".
