TUZLA, March 20 (FENA) - Mothers and families of the victims of the last war in BiH who watched the pronouncement of a final verdict to Radovan Karadžić say they are satisfied with the verdict, although they expected Karadžić to be convicted of genocide in the other seven municipalities in BiH.
“You see, he will not even live those 40 years, but it would mean a lot to us if those seven other municipalities, where horrific war crimes had been committed, were incorporated into his verdict,” said Ešrefa Alić, who lost all male members of her family.
Such a judgment, say the families of the victims, unfortunately will not contribute to the improvement of life in Srebrenica.
“I truly have no hope. Maybe it will be better, but it is hard to believe” said Naza Hasanović.
