SARAJEVO, March 24 (FENA) - It will be known on April 1st whether the Parliament of the Federation of BiH will give a final consent to loan of company Elektroprivreda BiH for building Block 7 of Thermal Power Plant Tuzla.
Session of the House of Peoples has been scheduled for this day, where its members will vote if they agree for the Federation of BiH to be a guarantor to Elektroprivreda BiH for loan from export-import bank of China amounting to 613 million euros towards implementation of this great project.
House of Representatives have its consent at a session at the beginning of the month but the decision also needs to be confirmed by the House of Peoples in order for it to come into effect.
During a long and at moments acrimonious dispute of deputies and discussions of other actors at the session of HoR, it was stated that building of Block 7 would bring great benefits, energy independence to the Federation of BiH and better air quality to residents of Tuzla.
