House of Peoples of FBiH Parl. fully formed after completing the Serb caucus

SARAJEVO, April 1(FENA) - A new convocation of the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been fully formed by completing the composition of the Serb caucus.

The delegates from the ranks of the Serb people - Nikica Bosnić, Mladen Lonić and Dragan Stevanović were today presented with certificates on the allocation of the mandates and they took the solemn at the session of the House of Peoples that is still in progress in Sarajevo.

This marked the completion of the constituting of the House of Peoples for the new four-year term after the general elections held in October last year in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but the appointment of the three-member House leadership, whose members are elected from the ranks of the appointed delegates, has not been finalized yet.

In February this year, the House elected the chairman of the House of Peoples, Tomislav Martinović, a Croat by nationality, as well as one of the two deputy chairpersons - Aljoša Čampara from the Bosniak people, while the second deputy chair from the Serb people has not been elected yet because the nominated Žarko Vujović did not receive majority of the votes at the constitutive session.

The House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament has a total of 58 delegates, 17 each in the caucuses of the constituent peoples - Bosniaks, Croats and Serbs, as well as seven delegates belonging to the caucus of other nations and minorities.
