SARAJEVO, May 3 (FENA) - Justice ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia Josip Grubeša and Dražen Bošnjaković talked today in Sarajevo about resolving the issue of Bosnian-Herzegovinian property located in Croatia and agreed that the two countries should start the activities in order to sign a bilateral agreement with regard to this issue.

Croatia, which has such agreements already signed with Slovenia and Macedonia on the basis of a succession agreement, will offer an agreement of the same kind to Bosnia and Herzegovina, it was said after the meeting.

“This issue has a procedural side, which we have to respect,” said Minister of Justice of the Republic of Croatia, Dražen Bošnjaković, who argues that Croatia does not want to seize for itself any of the property owned by BiH that is on the territory of Croatia.

According to Minister Grubeša, today's meeting focused on the aspects of the agreement on the cooperation in criminal matters and serving prison sentences in the two countries, as well as on cooperation in prosecuting war crimes suspects in neighboring countries.

Bosnia and Herzegovina does not have an adopted strategy in that area, Minister Grubeša reminded, and one of the goals is to prosecute all suspects as soon as possible.
