SARAJEVO, May 14 (FENA) - Members of the 2nd Infantry Unit of the 1st Infantry Battalion of the 6th Infantry Brigade of the Armed Forces of BiH today provided assistance to residents of the Vrbice settlement in Prijedor in the rehabilitation of the Miloševica River embankment after the inflow of torrential waters.
Upon completing this task, the AFBiH units headed towards the settlement of Raškovac to build a new embankment in order to prevent the spillage of the Sana River towards the city of Prijedor.
The Ministry of Defense and the BiH Armed Forces continue to be in a state of alert, so that, as they have done before, be at disposal to civilian authorities and all citizens of BiH, stated the Public Relations Office of the BiH Ministry of Defense.
