SARAJEVO, May 22 (FENA) - While conduction operational tasks on the prevention of illegal migration across the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, officers of the BiH Border Police discovered seven illegal migrants on Tuesday at international border crossings Rača and Karakaj, while entering BiH.
In both cases, illegal migrants, six Afghans and one Pakistani, were hidden in freight motor vehicles, with Bulgarian and Moldovan registration plates.
At the Rača border crossing, illegal migrants were discovered using specialized equipment, while at the Karakaj crossing they were discovered in cooperation with officials of the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH.
All seven foreign nationals were handed over to officers of the Foreigners' Affairs Service of BiH and in the readmission procedure they were returned to the territory of the Republic of Serbia, stated the BiH Border Police.
