SARAJEVO, June 14 (FENA) - An MP in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Saša Magazinović (SDP), believes that the terminated session of the House would be continued and he expects that the Speaker of the House Borjana Krišto would soon convene the continuation of that session in accordance with the Rules of Procedure.

The events at today's session of the House of Representatives Magazinović characterized as a precedent, because, he underlined that the agenda is considered adopted if there were no amendments that were adopted later on.

“I expect that the continuation of the session would be convened next week in order to get a response after one year on the spending of funds for the migrant crisis and other open issues. It is not impossible that in the coming period, another parliamentary majority is to be formed in as a response to the crisis that has emerged,” he underlined.

Magazinović also assessed that the deputies of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) have, at least in a shy manner, supported the Croat Democratic Union in an attempt to remove the item on the current situation in judicial institutions from the agenda because they did not have adequate material for the discussion.

“If the annual report of the BiH High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council for the past year is inadequate material for the session, this says more about those who asked for the removal of this agenda item altogether,” concluded Magazinović.
