Delivery of First Instance Judgment in Izet Redžović et al.

SARAJEVO, June 20(FENA) - Delivery of the first instance Judgment in the case of Izet Redžović et al. before Section II for Organized Crime, Economic Crimes and Corruption of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is scheduled to take place at 13.00 hrs on Friday, 21 June 2019, in courtroom 4.

The Indictment charges the Accused Izet Redžović, Bojan Melezović, Salih Bota, Admir Malić, Nedžad Bajrović, Mithat Vejo and Bojan Raonić that they committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime in violation of Article 342(2) of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC FB-H), as read with the criminal offense of Forgery of a Document in violation of Article 373(2) as read with Paragraph (1) of the CC FB-H, and other criminal offenses.
