Mijatović supports request for establishing international remembrance day

STRASBOURG, June 26 (FENA) - The Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, Dunja Mijatović, will speak at an exhibition on the Srebrenica genocide with the participation of the Mothers of Srebrenica and Žepa and of Thomas Hammarberg, former Council of Europe Commissioner for human Rights, it was said today in a statement by the Council of Europe.

In her speech, the Commissioner will support the Mothers’ request to the Council of Europe to establish an official remembrance day.
