SRBAC, July 9 (FENA) - RS Prime Minister Radovan Višković announced today that the entity of RS would file a lawsuit against the Federation of BiH and the Indirect Taxation Authority (ITA) of BiH because, as he claims, the damage suffered by this BiH entity because of the failure to distribute funds collected through VAT system.
“The lawsuit is ready and it will certainly be filed,” Višković told reporters in Srbac, adding that the Entity’s Attorney’s Office is intensively working on this issue.
He also stated that last Friday, he had a meeting with the RS Attorney General and that it remains to be seen before which court the RS would file the lawsuit and that it will probably be a judicial institution in the smaller BiH entity.
“So far, we haven’t had good experience with those in the Federation of BiH,” said Višković.
