SARAJEVO, July 10 (FENA) - The Sarajevo Municipal Court pronounced today the verdict in the case against Živko Budimir, the former president of the Federation of BiH, acquitting him of all charges.
The Court assessed that there were no solid material and direct evidence which would have brought the accused in connection with the commission of the criminal offenses presented in the indictment.
Budimir was acquitted of all charges under the five counts of the indictment. He was charged with crimes - abuse of office or authority, accepting and giving of gifts or other forms of benefits, or unlawful mediation.
