SARAJEVO, July 16 (FENA) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's Presidency member Šefik Džaferović said that at today's session, he invited the Republic of Croatia to suspend work on the construction of the Pelješac Bridge and to resolve all open issues, because BiH has the right to open access sea.

"If this does not happen, the process of conciliation should be initiated as foreseen by the international convention, and if that fails, a motion should be initiated before the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea," he said.

However, Džaferović stressed that the BiH Presidency Chairman Milorad Dodik did not support the conclusions and announced the launch of vital entity interest.

"If, at the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, he gets a two-third majority, the conclusion will not be adopted, otherwise it will be done as stated in the Conclusion," explained Džaferovic and said that BiH does not ask for anything that is not its by right.

He believes that the interest of the RS should be that BiH has access to open sea in accordance with the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea.

He stressed that the Presidency Chairman Dodik is in charge of sending a letter to the President of the Republic of Croatia Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović.

"BiH does not seek anything that does not belong to it and we will persevere in it. We will secure the rights of BiH. Whatever the National Assembly decides, we will not stop fighting," he said.

Speaking about forming a state-level government, Džaferović said that the Party of Democratic Action is primarily seeking respect for existing laws and policies.

"Once the first Annual National Plan on NATO is sent, we will have a nominee and a new Council of Ministers appointment," he concluded.
