Total losses of refinery in Modriča amount to 1.5 million KM

MODRIČA, July 22 (FENA) – The total losses of the Modriča oil refinery at the end of the first half of the year amounted to 1.5 million KM.

At the same time last year, the company, whose majority is owned by the Russian company "NjeftegazinKor", had positive business results amounting to 1.6 million KM.

This is not enough for the Miner Refinery to break even because at the end of June this year it accumulated a loss amounting to 54.1 million KM.

In the financial report published on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange, the semi-annual revenues of the refinery amounted to about seven million KM, while last year they amounted to over 12.7 million KM.

The expenditures amounted to 8.5 million KM in the first half of 2019, and in the same period of 2018 they were around 11 million KM.

This company employs 358 workers.
