BANJA LUKA, July 28 (FENA) – The President and Prime Minister of Republika Srpska (RS) Željka Cvijanović and Radovan Višković congratulated all citizens of this BH entity on the Day of the Uprising against Fascism yesterday.
Cvijanović pointed out that this day honors all the victims of anti-fascist battles that have been fought in the struggle against the evil that has hit the whole world.
“We are proud that together with other liberal peoples in Europe, we have contributed to the collapse of fascism and the defense of the ideals and values that have been embedded in the then new Europe, which now lives in our people and the work of our institutions in the RS,” Cvijanović said.
Prime Minister Višković added that the Day of the Uprising against Fascism is one of the most important dates in the history of the Serb people.
