Crnadak talks with Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Croatia

SARAJEVO, August 1 (FENA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Igor Crnadak spoke with Croatian Foreign Minister Gordan Grlić Radman, the BiH Foreign Ministry said.

In a telephone interview, the ministers stressed that relations between the two countries should be developed in a positive direction, and that tensions arising from alleged public statements and the denial of the President of the Republic of Croatia, Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, should be calmed.

It was jointly concluded that the topics that should be discussed more intensively in the forthcoming period were the nuclear waste landfill at Trgovska gora, the Pelješac Bridge and others.

Ministers agreed to hold the first informal meeting in the next 15 days.

During this first interview, following the appointment of the Croatian Minister to the aforementioned position, Minister Grlić Radman thanked Crnadak for his congratulations on the occasion.
