MOSTAR, August 11 (FENA) - The Croatian National Assembly (HNS) BiH announces the signing of the Agreement, which sets out principles for the formation of future state-level partners at the state level, with the intervention of Ambassador Lars Gunnar Wigemark as EU envoy to BiH, will finally resolve the issue of state-level government and Council of Ministers forming.
Ambassador Wigemark, as well as the European Union, are advocates, as they say from the HNS BiH, for the early progress and fulfillment of conditions for Bosnia and Herzegovina's path to the EU, and the HNS welcomes the efforts and political readiness made by the election winners, as well as assistance from European partners and friends who have recognized the importance of the agreement.
The signed principles, they say, are guidelines that should ultimately speed up processes, primarily in the context of internal political arrangements, as well as addressing key issues that are needed for the Euro-Atlantic path.
HNS points out that the compromise reached by this agreement is a prime example of how respect for all representatives of the three constituent peoples is a fundamental prerequisite for strengthening the state and the rule of law.
"We would like to emphasize that at one point this agreement calls for the implementation of all judgments and decisions of domestic and European courts concerning the Election Law in our country to ensure the constitutional and institutional equality of the constituent peoples with full respect for their legitimately elected representatives", said the statement from the HNS.
