SARAJEVO, August 22 (FENA) - Bosnia and Herzegovina exported goods worth 6 billion and 835 million KM in the seven months of this year, which is 1.1 percent less compared to the same period last year, while imports amounted to 11 billion and 524 million KM which is 3.7 percent more.
The BiH Statistics Agency announced that the import-export ratio amounted to 59.3 percent, while the foreign trade deficit amounted to 4 billion and 689 million KM.
Exports to CEFTA countries amounted to 1 billion and 91 million KM, which is an increase by 1.2 percent, while imports amounted to 1 billion and 355 million KM, which is 3.6 percent more.
The import-export ratio with CEFTA countries was 80.5 percent.
Exports to the EU countries amounted to five billion and 79 million KM, which is 0.2 percent more than in the same period last year, while imports amounted to 7 billion and 170 million KM, which is 7.9 percent more than in the same period last year.
The import-export ratio with EU countries was 70.8 percent.
