Cvijanović: I do not support violence against migrants

FENA Dušica Stanojević

BANJA LUKA, August 30 (FENA) - The entity of RS President Željka Cvijanović said today that she does not support violence and anti-civilization methods when it comes to illegal migrants.

Cvijanović commented on the reporting in certain media that Croatia is expelling migrants from its territory into BiH, saying that "every country has the right to protect itself,” but that she does not agree with the use of violence.

“There are methods and ways you can prevent illegal entry and to provide care for migrants who have entered, all in accordance with the law and the standards,” she told reporters in Banja Luka.

She added that she had several more objections to the behavior in Croatia towards the Serb community.

Commenting on the fact that the NATO bombing of Republika Srpska began on this day in1995, which lasted until September 14, she emphasized "that this period is in everyone's memory as something painful and that the consequences of the bombing still remain."

She again accused the SDA for failing to form a new government at the state level, because they "are refusing to implement the signed agreement".
