MOSTAR, August 30 (FENA) - Aluminij Management has issued a statement on media reports today alleging that Aluminij owners did not give their consent for "termination of employment contract, that is, implementing agreed and adopted new job classification, according to the current situation of Aluminij ".
The Managament emphasizes that all strategic documents, including the systematization and the program for redundant employees, have passed all management and supervisory levels in the Company.
The owners are those who appoint their representatives to these bodies, both to the Supervisory Board and to the Management Board of the Company, and they approved everything we started today, and to which the Independent Union of Aluminij's Employees gave its official approval yesterday.
“We kindly ask that Aluminij is spared on all public disputes at this crucial moment. We try to focus on taking care of our employees and trying to restart some of our production, so that the factory continues to exist and at least some of our workers continue to earn their wages. Anyone who cannot or does not want to help us should not make things worse," it is said in a statement from the Management.
