SARAJEVO, September 10 (FENA) - The Council of Congress of Bosniak Intellectuals (VKBI) has urged the OHR, the Serbian Orthodox Church and RS institutions to finally remove the church from the courtyard of Fata Orlović in Konjević Polje.
VKBI Secretary General Emir Zlatar visited Fata Orlović in Konjević Polje, and gave the support of the VKBI body in her legal battle.
“An example of a violation of fundamental human rights and freedoms in Republika Srpska vis-à-vis Bosniaks is most visible in the case of Fata Orlović. In this example, we have found that the ruling rights in the RS and Bosnia and Herzegovina are being suspended, but also the powerlessness and inability of the OHR, which absolutely has the mandate and the mechanism to resolve this issue,” said the VKBI statement.
VKBI will follow this case and insist on its completion, as well as the status of returnees in the RS, especially in the negation of the Bosnian language, which will all unfortunately express systemic behavior in the RS, which, unfortunately, implement the ideas of big-state politics from neighboring Serbia.
