Turkish Embassy in BiH supports activities of Tuzla Canton Government

SARAJEVO, September 17 (FENA) - Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Bosnia and Herzegovina Haldun Koç and his associates visited the Prime Minister of the Tuzla Canton Denijal Tulumović today.

They discussed the current cooperation between the Government and the cantonal institutions with the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in BiH, implementation of joint projects, as well as potential plans and projects in the future. Particular attention was paid to the situation of economy and businesses which, as Turkish investment projects, operate in the area of the Tuzla Canton, but also projects in the field of education.

Ambassador Koç expressed his support for activities of the Government of the Tuzla Canton and said that the Turkish Embassy, having in mind numerous economic entities and Turkish investments, has a special attitude towards Tuzla and the Tuzla Canton.

“Cooperation with the Tuzla Canton is a positive example of successful cooperation, which is the basis for further improvement of existing relations. We are pleased to see the positive developments and support that Turkish investors have in the Tuzla Canton. Their successful business will certainly have a positive impact on the overall economy of the Tuzla Canton, the number of employees, but also the quality of life of citizens in general. Turkish investors were welcomed and that these companies are well accepted here,” Ambassador Koç said.

 “Some of the activities were aimed at creating better conditions for business entities. In this regard, the Government, together with all the ministries, will continue to be a service and partner to companies and investors to solve challenges they face,” Prime Minister Tulumović concluded at the end of the meeting.
