SARAJEVO, September 18 (FENA) - Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, Denis Zvizdić received today in an inaugural visit Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, Margret Maria Uebber, and thanked her for her country’s support to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He particularly emphasized his gratitude to German Chancellor Angela Merkel for her personal involvement in launching the German-British initiative that promoted the cooperation among the Western Balkan countries and which unblocked the European integration process.
Ambassador Webber emphasized that Germany wants Bosnia and Herzegovina to be a unified, strong and multi-ethnic country integrated into EU and NATO structures, and emphasized that Germany will be a sincere friend along that path.
Chairman Zvizdić and Ambassador Webber agreed that the relations between the two countries are good and friendly and that in the coming period, cooperation in all segments should be further encouraged, stated the BiH Council of Ministers.
