SARAJEVO, September 24 (FENA) - The fifth regular session of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH is taking place today and tomorrow.
The proposed agenda includes, inter alia, proposals for amendments to the Law on Criminal Procedure in relation to the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH, and the Law on Police Officers.
The FBiH MPs should also consider a bill amending the Law on Protection and Treatment of Children and Juveniles in Criminal Procedure, as well as a bill on the FBiH Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund.
The House will also discuss several other bills, namely the ones on occupational safety, on chemicals, on environmental protection, and on tourism in the Federation of BiH, as well as the FBiH tourist tax.
The proposed agenda also includes the FBiH Energy Sector Restructuring Program and information on the decision to raise the price of natural gas.
