SARAJEVO, October 2 (FENA) - All those who advocate the "original Dayton" should know that both the OHR and foreign judges were envisioned to exist in the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH Presidency Chairman Željko Komšić recalled.
Namely, BiH Presidency Member Milorad Dodik said that "in the next few days, the Serb side will most likely condition the government formation at the state level by leaving foreign judges out of the BiH Constitutional Court."
“When referring to the "original Dayton" then they should know that it exclusively implies the existence of the OHR with all its powers and three foreign judges in the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, while on the other hand, they deny both the OHR and foreign judges in the Constitutional Court Bosnia and Herzegovina, where it can be seen that they do not know what they are saying. Therefore, it is obvious that they do not know what they want because they have started to deny their own politics too,” Komšić concluded in a statement for FENA.
