KUPRES, October 11 (FENA) - The discussion of the Croatian Democratic Union of BiH (HDZ BiH), at which HDZ BiH President Dragan Čović presented the current political situation and emphasized the position of Croats in BiH, was held today in Kupres.
The gathered officials from all levels of legislative and executive power, state and entity, as well as local levels discussed the current political situation, strategic goals, and status and position of Croats in BiH.
Moreover, the officials discussed all areas of action, as well as engagement plans for the upcoming period, PR Office of HDZ BiH stated.
Talking about the amendments to the Election Law, it was emphasized that the basis of action would be in accordance with the judgments of the Constitutional Court of BiH, with technical issues that will be part of the general debate. The negotiation process should be opened as early as next week, and the HDZ BiH would be the initiator for talks on amendments to the Election Law.
"We do not need imposed decisions and solutions, we in BiH must plan how to carry out the whole process in the next two or three months in order to come to the final agreement," HDZ BiH stated.
