SARAJEVO, October 29 (FENA) - A meeting organized by former High Representative in BiH, Miroslav Lajčak in Bratislava is a move that will not contribute to the advancement in the formation of the government, said today Vice President of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) Denis Zvizdić.
“The very manner in which Lajčak organized this meeting by inviting representatives of only two political parties that represent two ethnicities in BiH (Serb and Croat), is a bad message to BiH.
It is a repeated practice of one-sided informing and meeting.
Mr. Lajčak, as High Representative, has played an extremely important role in BiH during his tenure. During his term in office in BiH, he had to learn that the core of the work of the international community in BiH was never to exclude any of the all relevant parties, especially when acting on behalf of the OSCE,” Zvizdić stated in his reaction.
He added that it is very strange that Lajčak disregards the views of other relevant interlocutors in BiH, and prefers the views of Dodik, who disputes the legacy of Mr. Lajčak and all other High Representatives.
Making this biased move, Lajčak lost the confidence of the BiH public and has discredited himself from expressing any views on the situation and problems in BiH and contributing to their resolution,” Zvizdić concluded.
