BANJA LUKA, November 1 (FENA) - President of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) Milorad Dodik proposed to leaders of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) Bakir Izetbegović and Croat Democratic Union of BiH (HDZ BiH) Dragan Čović a new deadline of 10 days to implement the August agreement.
"I suggest that we meet over the weekend and apply only one paragraph of the earlier August agreement, which relates to the deadline. And now, instead of 30 days, we set a deadline of 10 days and respect it," Dodik told reporters in Banja Luka, adding that it is now up to Izetbegović to decide whether he wants the agreement to be implemented within this deadline.
After these ten days and the special session of the RS National Assembly, if the deadline is not met, Dodik said he should not even be called for a meeting.
He reiterated that the RS maintains parliamentary decision regarding the military neutrality and repeated that neither the Annual National Program (ANP) for NATO will be accepted, nor can it be the basis for MAP activation.
