The document, requested by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), has been removed from the agenda of the BiH Council of Ministers five times already and has become a stumbling block in the process of forming a new convocation of the BiH Council of Ministers after the last year's general elections.

Council of Ministers will also discuss the state of migration in connection with the increased influx of migrants proposed by the BiH Ministry of Security, and Information on a comprehensive plan of measures and activities to address the problem of increased influx of migrants to BiH.

Among the items under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Security, the information on BiH citizens who are in camps in Syria and Iraq with proposed conclusions with a view to resolving this issue will be on the agenda.

It was also proposed to adopt a decision to set up a working group to coordinate the return process of BiH citizens (foreign terrorist fighters, their families - women and children).

It is also proposed to discuss the draft agreement between the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on cooperation in the implementation of the Sarajevo-Belgrade-Sarajevo Highway / Expressway project with the Negotiations Report.
