BANJA LUKA, November 17 (FENA) - Nebojša Radmanović, Vice President of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD), thinks that the way for different type of talks is opening, which may lead to the formation of the BiH Council of Ministers, unconditionally.
He said it is possible that an agreement on the constitution of the Council of Ministers and, consequently, the constitution of the authorities in BiH will quickly be reached in the coming period.
SNSD remains its position that no one can set conditions for forming the BiH Council of Ministers.
Asked if the Annual National Program (ANP) for NATO is no longer a condition, Radmanović said that the ANP is a technical issue for overall BiH reforms and should not have been a condition.
"If ANP is tied to MAP, we cannot adopt it. Only what the document says, and reforms that are already underway and that we cannot reach, for example, Serbia, should not be disputed. Of course this will always be the subject of discussions with partners with whom we form government. They thought it was a condition, we don't think it should be a condition. It seems to us that there are ways to overcome this issue," Radmanović said.
He called for withdrawal of the Proposal of the Rules of Procedure of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, which were initiated by two members of the SDS and the PDP, as he claims, to the detriment of the RS.
Radmanović, who is also the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, claims that the SNSD nominated its candidates for parliamentary commissions yesterday, as the SDS and PDP "decided to amend the Rules of Procedure, contrary to the interests of the RS and leave it to someone else to govern the BiH Parliament, out of the will of RS citizens."
He announced that the SNSD will also nominate members to the commissions of the House of Peoples in the coming period, adding that it is important that joint commissions be formed.
